Pam and I had a fun day Friday. We went up to Leola's in Ozark , Mo. for their spring open house . There were so many pretty things . Look at these swings , wouldn't you love to have them on your porch.Great vignettes everywhere you look .
Lots of repurposed and hand made things ,
Beautiful lamps
Pam is looking at some adorable metal animals ,
Lots of neat old furniture.
Look at this cute bench made from a headboard and foot board of a bed.
Here is an idea I borrowed , see the bed springs on the hooks with the flowers in them.
Here is my take on that .
I almost walked out of there without buying anything , (I'm trying to save money for a trip to visit friends next month), when I saw this sitting out front...

Hi Sharon,
ReplyDeleteI love your wash tub! It's perfect for your porch. What a wonderful place to shop. I really like your take on the bedsprings, just beautiful.

Sharon, Oh I would be in so much trouble going to that open house, way too many things just in the photos reached out to me........Thank you for stopping by my blog and leaving such a nice comment. There are so many big, beautiful homes on Circle Dr. But I kept going back to the pictures of the pink one because it just spoke to my heart. I love the tub and how you plan to fill it. Blessings on your week.
ReplyDeleteI was sorry to miss you yesterday but didn't get there until noon. Today was actually my scheduled day & we were busy all day. It was such a beautiful day & lots of people out. I'm so pooped tonight -- but good pooped. Glad you got to meet Debra -- missed her too. Love the wash tub. Jan
ReplyDeleteSharon that tub is going to look awesome when you get it filled up! Those bed springs repurposed are really a cute idea. Oh I wish I could have gone to Leola's too. I never knew about it until I met you, but I really enjoyed going there and checking it out.

You did Good Girl!!! Just don't know why you didn't stop by & take me with you! Maybe next time? I love the wash tub. I have one that I put a Huge Fern in out by my deck. I think it is great because in the hot summer I put a cork in the plug hole & put enough water in it to keep it if I'm going to be gone for several days. It Works!!! :)!
ReplyDeleteHey Sharon, so glad I was able to meet you. I regreted that we didn't get a picture! I took tons of shots. I get so engrossed in picture taking I almost forget to shop, but I did find a couple of great things! Hope you have a wonderful rest of the weekend,
ReplyDeletebig hugs,
Debra
This looks like a fun trip! How neat you met Deb too. Great finds. I love what you did with the springs.
