Totes and Things

It's White Wednesday and I'm running late again.

Monday I made a couple of totes with the rest of the old restaurant table cloth fabric that I used on the one I took to my friend in Texas.

I added a little burlap and a Graphics Fairy design to this one.And to this one I added a denim shirt pocket and front band for a strap...
And on the back another Graphics Fairy design.
Get it ? Pocket - Pocket watch .
Never mind !

Anyway , when I bought this table cloth , there were a whole stack of them there .

Of course I only bought one , not knowing what ,if anything ,I was going to do with it.

So yesterday I went back to the flea market where I bought it to see if by chance they had any left . Well no ! What was I thinking !

Now that I am in tote mode I will have to see if I can find some other kind of inexpensive fabric I can use. Why didn't I buy that whole stack when I had the chance ?

While I was out I stopped at another flea and antique market that I like in town and I found these two chairs.

$25.00 for the pair !

I had to put this second picture in cause my sweet Bubba was in it.

And I found these saucers , 62 of them !

In a 50% off booth , I got them for $10.00 .

This is what I want to use them for...

Cute for a cottage garden , huh ?

Go on over to Faded Charm for lots more White Wednesday fun !

  1. Did you ever see when the lady at Something Simple in ES crammed her window boxes with old china. It was great! Isn't it great having warm, dry weather? Did you know there's a great antique sell that they have once a yr. & it's this weekend. It's Bluebird Antique Sale -- you can find it on my side lin ks. Jan
