Last week Sissie from http://sissieshabbycottage.blogspot.com/ made the cutest Christmas decoration from a cone she found at the Dollar Store, I thought they were really pretty and that it would look nice to have some on my tree this year, so I hunted in every dollar store for miles around, and alas there were no pretty silver cones.
While we were out junking the other day we happened into the cutest store in Eureka Springs called" Something Simple", she has a web page if you want to take a look. But she had some cones she had made from brown shipping paper. So armed with that idea and Sissie's idea I came home and made these for my tree , I will be making more, they are easy and fun.
Your cones turned out SO beautiful!! I love them at Christmas time and think they make the nicest gifts. :))
ReplyDeleteHave a great week!! I also wanted to say thanks for leaving me that sweet comment on my blog last week. xoxo Heather

Hopping over from Sissie's:) I love your cones, they are just gorgeous! And the bed spring holder is such a fun idea! The previous owner of our home left an old bedspring behind, and we ended up tossing it! Wish I had saved it!!
ReplyDeleteThese cones are just lovely. good job.
