Desk and Chair Project

Sorry it’s been so long since I last posted , time just seems to get away from me .
I finished the desk I was telling you about in my last post , here is the before…

I also refinished the small chair you see there . The bookcase I showed you last time was this same dark green that was popular 20 years ago or more .
Soooo , this is what they look like now !

I think they look beachy .
Here is a better picture of the little suitcase you see in the lower right corner .

I’m going to take all these down to our booth as soon as we get a little more room .  I’m hoping the oak table you see here will sell soon and open up a little more space .

This is what the booth looks like now all decorated for Easter and Spring .
Click on it to get a better look .

We are trying to figure out how to get more stuff in there and still be able to walk in there and look around .
It’s a dilemma !

  1. I love it. The chair looks so similar to my dining chairs (minus the arms) after the redo! Nice!

  2. I will have to get some advice form you! I have several things I would like to redo. When I was young I had a french provencial bedroom set. Still have those nightstands and want a new look! I also have two empty antique frames. When my mom passed away I wanted the frames because they had photos of my dads two little brothers that passed away many years ago. How my brother got the photos out is beyond me but I have those empty frames and it makes me sad and angry to see them. The glass is gorgeous but I need to find a home for them somewhere here!
Glad I am here. Hugs Anne
